Giudice has gushed that Ruelas is “the best thing to come out of 2020” on Instagram. Now, the reality television star has a new relationship with Digital Media Solutions co-founder Ruelas. Giudice and her chiseled new beau began dating in November after her divorce from Joe was finalized in September. The couple’s “Clarence Manor” purchase is a “business” investment — not their new love nest, TMZ reported.

Features of the home include a gourmet chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a butler’s pantry, a wine cellar, a Cinderella staircase and an in-ground pool. It also features a two-story great room with a wood-burning fireplace. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and husband Luis “Louie” Ruelas blended their family even further when they moved into their stunning estate in 2021. The New York Times best-selling author may have had the most luxurious house before, but her new home takes the ~sprinkled cookie~. Michelle Pais, who sold the home for Giudice, told the Post, “Giudice’s residence is a unique home, and it took massive exposure to the market to procure the right buyer. Ruelas and Giudice purchased the house from Salvatore Lobiondo and Lisa Lobiondo on March 22, 2021, for $3.3 million, according to property records viewed by Heavy.
Teresa Giudice Lists $2.5 Million NJ Mansion For Sale Following RHONJ Star’s Divorce Finalization From Joe Giudice

RHONJ star Teresa Giudice has shared stunning new photos of her backyard waterfall at her $3.4million New Jersey mansion. The dining area is also expansive, with enough room for family gatherings and entertaining guests. Fans of the show can recall Teresa and her girls along with her brother Joe Gorga, his wife Melissa Gorga, and their kids congregating here for a particularly emotional Easter holiday last season.

In addition to everybody’s bedrooms, the house is equipped with an outside entertainment and barbecue area, a cabana and massive pool and jacuzzi. After they felt the wave of emotions leaving the only home they lived in, Teresa’s daughters were blown away by their new house. Also in Season 13, the happy couple feted their new space with a “love bubble” themed housewarming party that was just as over-the-top as you’d expect from the cookbook author. The RHONJ cast member recently moved out of her iconic mansion and into a very different new house.
The property features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and spreads across an incredible 10,044 square feet. The kitchen is one of the main features and is perfect for entertaining a ton of guests. On season 12 of “RHONJ,” the Bravo reality show’s cameras captured the now-blended Giudice and Ruelas families moving into the new house together. Teresa Giudice said on the April 12 episode, “Since we bought the house, we did some renovations. So I’m so excited for the girls to see their new home.” She and Ruelas are living in the house with Teresa’s four daughters and Ruelas’ son.
They purchased a table-flipping $3.35 million “investment property.” Ruelas, 46, reportedly funded the purchase. Teresa initially purchased the home with her now-ex-husband, 50, in 2002 for $530,000. That leaves the former couple a hefty profit of $1,718,000, minus any upgrade costs. Teresa and Louie – who tied the knot in August 2022 – renovated their glamorous estate after they purchased it.
Why ‘RHONJ’s’ Teresa Giudice needed to sell NJ house built with Joe
The listing was removed and relisted just days later for $2,248,888. Although Gia admitted on RHONJ's Season 12 premiere that she didn't want the new living arrangement to impact her daily routine, she seems to be happily settling into living with Louie and his two sons, one of whom is primarily away at college. "She was like, 'My house needs a lot of work, it's dark, it's filled with old Italian stuff; Joe is gone,'" he revealed at the time. "She was just like, 'I need to feel lighter in this house.' It's a huge house, everything was doom and gloom and dark, and she had memories of a lot of stuff and she just wanted to brighten it up," DeLaurentis added. Prior to being put on the market, Teresa Giudice hired the expert interior designer Jimmy DeLaurentis to update the home's decor, which has remained largely the same over the past 20 years. News, DeLaurentis revealed what Teresa had asked him to achieve with her mansion's fresh look.

Her lawyers hit back though to cleared up her actual financial situation. Teresa made her fortune through starring on the Bravo reality series The Real Housewives of New Jersey, as well as selling cookbooks and writing a memoir of her life. All four of her books have been featured on the New York Best Sellers list. She also had a three-episode spin-off show called ‘Teresa Checks In’ which showed her life after jail and also included real recordings of her calls to home whilst she spent time behind bars. The “RHONJ” couple bought the Montville house together using an LLC.

Property records obtained by Heavy list the buyer as “It Happened on Bay Boulevard LLC.” The LLC, formed in New Jersey in January 2021, lists Ruelas and Giudice as members, with the purpose of the business being property management. The LLC’s name is a reference to the Jersey Shore area where the couple met. Their new house is located 10 minutes away from the Towaco home Giudice built with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice. “Luis and I built this house to be our sanctuary,” Teresa previously told BravoTV.com of the abode, which features gothic architectural designs and modern interiors. As The Post exclusively reported last month, the Monville, New Jersey, palace of Giudice, 49, received a price slash after a deal fell through. First listed in September 2020 for $2.5 million, the price dipped to $2.24 million in January 2021 before another price drop in January 2022. Giudice recently tried to sell the nearby Montville home she shared with her ex-husband, The Post previously reported, but it is unclear if she has pulled it off the market. The new couple have been having a blast together, going skiing and stripping down to hit the beach.
Elsewhere in the home, the listing notes there is a "gourmet kitchen" with a granite island and butler's pantry, a formal dining room, a wine cellar, a billiards room and maid's quarters. An offer was made Monday, and the house is currently under contract. However, a source tells The Post it could take a couple of months before the deal on the property closes. However, the Digital Media Solutions founder went the extra mile to make their house a home. The first day they moved into their home, Louie surprised Teresa with the Italian phrase “sempre insieme” stoned into their spacious backyard.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Teresa has starred on “RHONJ” since its 2009 debut and is gearing up for next month’s Season 13 premiere. Since purchasing the home last year, Teresa and Luis have done tons of renovating on both the inside, including the mansion’s stately foyer, and the outside. She covers all things travel and home, from celebrities' luxury mansions to breaking travel news.
In 2020, Teresa gave her original home’s interior a bit of a facelift to reflect the many ways her life had changed since she first designed it. At the time, her interior designer, Jimmy DeLaurentis, recounted his conversations with the mom of four. Unfortunately, the Toms River pad was sold at a foreclosure auction in 2015 amid the couple’s legal troubles.
